29 CFR 1910.1450(f)(4)(i)(B): Employee training did not include the physical and health hazards of the chemicals in the work area: a) At AFRL-HERD building 1202, on or about 11-05-2020, the Employer failed to ensure an employee working with Energetic Materials under a Cooperative Agreement was provide effective training on the chemical, physical and health hazards associated to the storage, handling and use of chemicals, including but not limited to Ammonium Periodate, to protect the employee from the hazards related to these chemicals reactivity, instability and explosivity.
