29 CFR 1910.28(b)(15): Open-sided floors and/or platforms four feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded with standard railings (or equivalent): On or about November 3, 2020, and at times prior thereto, in the Midlothian Melt Shop, the employer did not ensure the "A" caster, steel level pourer work platform areas were guarded to prevent employee exposure to fall hazards up to approximately nine feet to the caster floor below.
