29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1)(vi): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause serious physical harm to employees, such as damaged electrical insulation: At the worksite located at 822 Industrial Drive, Trenton, Missouri, 64683, employees were exposed to a serious electrical hazard. A Battery Builders Inc. industrial battery charger, which was used to charge battery powered stand-up forklifts, had damaged electrical insulation. The outer insulation layer of the negative battery charging cable was damaged and the underlying electrical wires were exposed.
