29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(7): Ladders were used on slippery surfaces: On or about June 15, 2020, at the worksite located at 5200 Oster Rd. in Sheffield, Ohio: Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet in that a 24 extension ladder was not prevented from displacement when used on a vinyl roof that had moisture to create a slippery surface.
