29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that at least one or more methods of machine guarding was provided to protect the operators and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks. This violation was discovered on or about May 18, 2020; where employees operating the 8' Morgan Band Saw were exposed to amputation hazards.
