29 CFR 1910.269(c)(1)(ii): The employer did not ensure that the employee in charge conducted a job briefing that met paragraphs (c)(2) though (c)(4) of this section with the employees involved before they start each job: On or about 03/05/2020, Toms Tree Service LLC, located at 1313 S. Main Street, Albia, Iowa, the employee in charge did not provide safety briefs before the workers started their work at the site. The Bucket Operators, the employee in charge, do not provide the job briefs according to the tree trimming standards.
