29 CFR 1910.147(f)(2)(i): When outside servicing personnel were engaged in activities in a facility, the onsite employer and the outside employer did not inform each other of their respective lockout or tagout procedures: a) On February 27, 2020, the employer, a contractor at the Alabama River Cellulose facility in Monroeville, Alabama, was not informed by the on-site employer that the group lockout performed was for both the inlet and outlet sides of the Pump Bypass Manual Valve in the produce unit area prior to engaging in line-breaking procedures on that equipment.
