29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii) a) Rubinstein Grand Salon - An employee was exposed to an 11 foot, 4 inch fall hazard while dismantling an art exhibit and standing on a scaffold work platform that was missing an 18 inch fabricated scaffold plank, on or about 01/15/2020. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
