29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: a. On or about October 18, 2019, in the body shop and spray paint booth, the employer had not developed a respiratory protection program for two painting employees who were required to wear tight-fitting respirators while pouring, mixing, and spraying paints, hardening agents, reducers, sealers, and solvents that contained chemicals including, but not limited to: xylene, ethylbenzene, butanone, toluene, methanol, acetone, heptane, naphtha, methylcyclohexane, hexamethylene diisocyanate, and butyl acetate.
