29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): On or about August 8, 2019 - Employees engaged in hay processing and packing activities using the homemade mini-bailer hydraulic press machine were exposed to struck-by and amputation hazards in that machine guarding was not provided and utilized. 29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1) requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is complete.
