29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: a) At Wetumpka, Alabama Airport Facility: On or about January 20, 2016 and at times prior; the employer exposed his employees to struck-by hazards in that he allowed his employees to be exposed to overhead hazards from lifting drain pipes into position and failed to ensure employees were wearing hard hats.
