OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees. a) On or about May 31, 2015 or prior thereto: An employee entered a dairy cow feed lane on an ATV - Artic Cat 450 EFI, between lots #5 and #6 and was riding behind a tractor-feed wagon combination when it reversed direction, exposing employee(s) to crush-by hazards.
